On Saturday night, the regional steemit member of Indonesia chapter Bireuen came to visit. As usual, we had a place to have steemit talk with those awesome guys. They came at 10.00 pm and informed us that they were already in Sky Coffee. Sure, coffee shop or cafe are the places that we normally used to have steemit talks with steemit members. It was started at Sky Coffee, we realized before we came by, they had talked about steemit a lot and it was going to be great to get involved with it. Not long after that, the waiter came to say, that the coffee was about to close, left 15 more minutes. Huff! Steemit talk was not ended yet, we decided to move to another coffee shop, that located a few kilometers from Sky Coffee.

>Pada malam miggu kemarin, beberapa anggota komunitas regional Indonesia Bireuen datang berkunjung. Seperti biasa, kami memiliki tempat untuk berbicara dengan orang-orang hebat tersebut. Mereka datang pada pukul 22.00 dan memberitahu kami bahwa mereka sudah berada di Sky Coffee. Tentu, kedai kopi atau kafe adalah tempat yang biasanya kami gunakan untuk mengadakan pembicaraan dengan anggota komunitas steemit Indonesia. Dimulai di Sky Coffee, kami menyadari sebelum kami datang, mereka telah banyak berbicara tentang steemit dan akan sangat senang bisa terlibat dengan pembicaraan tersebut. Tidak lama kemudian, pelayan datang dan berkata, bahwa kafe akan segera ditutup, tinggal 15 menit lagi. Huff! _Steemit talk_ belum berakhir disitu, kami memutuskan untuk pindah ke kedai kopi lain, yang terletak beberapa kilometer dari Sky Coffee.

Time ticked soon we entered the CBQ coffee shop. We all together headed up to second floor. It was nice, a bit quiet, and cozy so the steemit talk would go smoothly. We choose the very near window seats. It was like a ritual, we would have some talk after sipping coffee. Here we go! The coffee came, and we started having a crucial point of the community. I got the first round to open the steemit talk. I straightly came with the community issue. As we all know, Indonesia has numerous steemit community members that are already divided into some regional communities. I addressed my view about how to unify the all regional community members under the headquarter. I mean, the very first community is named Indonesia Steemit Community, and that is one name while the other regional communities must acknowledge that name. I personally added that we are going to expand this community to whole Indonesia regions/province that stay under the Indonesia Steemit Community umbrella. 

>Waktu berdetak di saat kami memasuki kedai kopi CBQ. Kami bersama-sama menuju ke lantai dua. Rasanya menyenangkan, agak sepi, dan nyaman sehingga pembicaraan steemit akan berjalan lancar. Kami memilih tempat duduk yang  dekat dengan jendela. Ini seperti sebuah ritual, kami akan mengobrol setelah minum kopi. Kita mulai! Kopi datang, dan kami mulai memiliki poin penting tentang perkembangan komunitas. Saya mendapatkan giliran pertama untuk membuka pembicaraan steemit. Saya langsung menuju ke topik komunitas. Seperti kita ketahui, Komunitas Steemit Indonesia memiliki banyak anggota yang sudah terbagi dalam beberapa komunitas daerah. Saya menyampaikan pandangan saya tentang bagaimana menyatukan seluruh anggota masyarakat regional di bawah Induk Komunitas Steemit Indonesia. Maksud saya, komunitas yang pertama diberi nama adalah Komunitas Steemit Indonesia, dan itu adalah satu namadan semua komunitas regional lainnya harus mengakui nama itu. Secara pribadi saya menambahkan bahwa kita akan memperluas komunitas ini ke seluruh wilayah / provinsi di Indonesia yang berada di bawah payung Komunitas Steemit Indonesia.

We had already formed the Indonesia Steemit Community Chapter Bireuen, and @bahagiaarbi was appointed as the leader. It was a good time to share the concept and perspective of the steemit community. Considering, the newcomers rapidly come on board. Having each regional stemit community or we used to call as chapter will help the new members to access steemit since many new members lack understanding about how to use steemit properly. That is the main purpose of forming the regional chapters. The steemit talk still continued with the idea of @ayijufridar. He said the community is an important key to embrace the diversity and unifying the different thoughts into one concept, build your self and build your community.

>Kita telah membentuk Komunitas Steemit Indonesia Chapter Bireuen (BSC), dan @bahagiaarbi ditunjuk sebagai ketua. Waktu yang sangat tepat untuk berbagi konsep dan perspektif komunitas steemit. Menimbang, pendatang baru kian bertambah. Dengan adanya masing-masing komunitas  regional atau biasa disebut sebagai chapter akan membantu anggota baru untuk lebih mudah mengakses steemit karena banyak anggota baru yang masih kurang memahami konsep kinerja steemit dan bagaimana menggunakan steemit dengan benar. Itulah tujuan utama pembentukan komunitas-komunitas daerah. _Steemit Talk_ masih berlanjut dengan gagasan @ayijufridar. Dia mengatakan bahwa komunitas merupakan kunci penting untuk merangkul keragaman dan mempersatukan pemikiran yang berbeda menjadi satu konsep, membangun diri dan membangun komunitas Anda.

@bahagiaarbi as the Indonesia Steemit Community Chapter Bireuen promised that he was going to do the best for community. He ensured that the Bireuen Steemit members would have some steemit projects in the future. He and others key members are doing steemit promotion and guiding the new steemians to strengthen the community. It was important talk since the Bireuen Steemit community member agreed to have a leader like @bahagiaarbi.  He is doing great job so far. @dodybireuen came to add with his brilliant idea that community must come first and no personal ego allowed in community. We have to see community as a shelter that protects every single individual and he agreed if Indonesia Steemit Community expand to all corner of Indonesia. @razack-pulo also agreed that we have to work together to reach the community goals.

>@bahagiaarbi sebagai Komunitas Steemit Indonesia Chapter Bireuen berjanji bahwa dia akan melakukan yang terbaik untuk KSI. Dia memastikan bahwa anggota Bireuen Steemit akan memiliki melakukan beberapa proyek steemit di masa depan. Dia dan anggota kunci lainnya akan terus melakukan promosi steemit dan membimbing para steemian baru untuk memperkuat komunitas. Itu adalah pembicaraan penting karena anggota komunitas Bireuen Steemit setuju untuk memiliki seorang pemimpin seperti @bahagiaarbi. Dia telah sedang melakukan yang terbaik sejauh ini. @dodybireuen menambahkan dengan gagasan cemerlang bahwa komunitas harus diutamakan dan tidak ada ego pribadi di dalamnya. Kita harus melihat sebuah komunitas sebagai tempat berlindung yang melindungi setiap individu dan kita harus membawa Komunitas Steemit Indonesia ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia. @ razack-pulo sepakat bahwa kita harus bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan komunitas.

Clock tick was unnoticed, we seemed enjoying our steemit talk. Many of us shared the idea about steemit which then considered as crucial issue to look forward. Then, @levycore as Indonesia curator and Indonesia Steemit Leader stressed that the regional community leaders must create a soft access for regional members and they must come first to introduce the blockchain to the member along with the encouragement the community members to use this platform wisely and understand how to anticipate with the members who are being unsatisfied with this platform. The regional community leaders must create some steemit projects, and others necessary steemit plans. He, as curator, has right to encourage all regional leaders to always show the steemit improvement in their areas and he expected that all regional community leader will be willingly giving the best shot for Indonesia Steemit Community. 

>Detak jam tidak kami perhatikan, kami sangat menikmati obrolan tentang steemit. Banyak dari kita berbagi gagasan tentang steemit yang kemudian dianggap sebagai isu penting untuk ditunggu. Kemudian, @levycore sebagai kurator Indonesia dan Pemimpin Steemit Indonesia menekankan bahwa pemimpin komunitas regional harus menciptakan akses yang mudah bagi anggota komunitas daerah dan mereka harus memperkenalkan blockchain kepada anggota bersamaan dengan dorongan kepada anggota komunitas untuk menggunakan platform ini dengan bijak dan mengerti bagaimana mengantisipasi anggota yang sedang tidak puas dengan platform ini. Ketua komunitas daerah harus menciptakan beberapa proyek steemit, dan rencana-rencana steemit lainnya yang diperlukan. Dia, sebagai kurator, memiliki hak untuk mendorong semua ketua komunitas daerah untuk selalu memajukan steemit di wilayah mereka dan dia berharap agar semua ketua komunitas regional bersedia memberikan yang terbaik untuk Komunitas Steemit Indonesia.
