Will technology replace the teacher role? This time I would like to talk about teachnology influences toward educational prospect, and this issue has been commonly discussed by education expert whether it will replace the teacher role or it will be assisting the teaching learning process. Nowday, we can not even be able to let the gadget go away from our hands, internet works as fast as light, google gives us everything we need. Online study use this chance to promote the benefit joining in its online course. Lesson materials are easy to find, bookstore seems to be quite. Books are available on the internet, download and ready to read. Industrious students will use this technology to collect information or knowledge about anything relates to the subjects. As a teacher, we must take this oppurtunity to bring technology in the classroom and able to figure out not how just technology works, but how it works for each student, and where its use is most appropriate. They need the clues to use technology properly.

In many countries, internet is connected to every where even in each school corner. Homework is not as hard as old time. They just write on the column space, all the answer come up and no need much time to complete an assignment. What I am going to say is, technology is a half way to take our role and it will be possible, teachnology play much more significant role in giving the knowledge to our students than we do in the class. We teach them every day about a subject  while they can find much more on internet. So what is left for us? What can not be stolen by technology? Only two "soul and heart, those can not taken no matter how advance the technologies are. Soul and heart are part of educating people gently, we give the touch, affection, tear and solving their problem heart to heart. We are leaders, we guide student to true meaning of life through gently education we give.  Students defenitely need teachers to direct them in learning hands-on skills in science, technology, engineering, art, and mechanics. Students also need teacher to teach them to be critical skill individual, time management, and train them to be educated personalities. Technology can not teach these human skills and can not be able to teach them how to behave and respect because it does not have heart and soul.

Perhaps, we often hear the phrase "teach them with heart". Teaching with heart must be strongly dominated in the classroom. We give out all the way to guide them to the right path as well as creating a creative classroom. That technology can not do, without having hearted-teaching, it will be possible technology take over the teacher role. 

It is important to know, by doing  those ways, technology will never replace teachers role. However, it is also important to note that if there are currently no teachers, or where there are not sufficient numbers of capable teachers, technology can play a dominant role or even it will take over the teacher opportunities in providing access to educational resources. It is an alert for all of us to compete with sopshicated tecnology which can possibly give negative effect to students at anytime.

### Conclusion
Based on discussion above, technology is helping student in learning and playing important role in education field. But, by teaching them with heart in term of teaching them morality and guiding them to use internet properly, student will always need  teacher to guide them to the true meaning of life. In another hand, without having hearted-teaching or teachers are not able to adapt themselve with technology world , it will be possible technology will take over the teacher role. It came to our believe that all educational resources have been doing a very well done job in teaching and educating human skills, social skill, and morality to students, that technology can not do because it does not have power to replace teachers. Nevertheless, the question of whether technology will replace teachers has been a debatle issue among education experts. In same way, technology continue involving its prospect further and aiding teacher to educate well-rounded and involved students in using technology in the classroom.
