Hi guys,

Today I would like to talk about how to bake chocolate chip chewy cookie in 20 minutes. I want to share my recipe with u all. this is one of my favorite cookie and a cookie to easy to bake. On the weekend we also can bake cookies for family and span some time with them. our children also like to eat cookies.



Ingredients

125 g butter [room temperature]

100 g light brown sugar 

125 g caster sugar 

1 egg 

1 tsp vanilla essence

225 g self-raising flour [or 225 g plain flour add with 2 1/2 tsp baking powder]

1/2 tsp salt 

200 g chocolate chips



Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 °c.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together.
3. Combine with egg and vanilla essence.
4. Add flour , salt and mix well 
5. Add chocolate chip 
6. Roll cookie mixture into small balls 
7. Place on baking paper on baking tray 
8. Bake for 9 minutes

Ini adalah salah satu biskut kegemaran saya dan biskut ini  mudah untuk dibuat. Pada hujung minggu, kami juga boleh membuat biskut untuk keluarga dan meluangkan masa dengan mereka. Anak-anak kita juga suka makan biskut.



Bahan-bahan

125 g mentega [suhu bilik]

100 g gula perang ringan

125 g gula caster

1 telur

1 sudu teh esen vanila

225 g tepung penaik sendiri [atau 225 g tepung biasa tambah dengan 2 1/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik]

Garam 1/2 sudu kecil

200 g cip coklat



Kaedah

1. Panaskan ketuhar hingga 180 ° c.
2. Krim mentega dan gula bersama-sama.
3. Gabungkan dengan intipati telur dan vanila.
4. Masukkan tepung , garam dan kacau dengan baik
5. Tambah cip coklat
6. Campurkan campuran cookie ke dalam bola kecil
7. Letakkan pada kertas penaik pada dulang penaik
8. Bakar selama 9 minit
