There is a lot more to this very subject but one would have to delve into the stories about mankind's very inception.  While this subject is highly controversial and some do not believe that Mankind could have possibly been created in a lab setting. The above article is all the evidence one needs to come to that conclusion. If we can do this today, there is no reason a highly advanced civilization couldn't have come and engineered mankind.  The Enuma Elish is one such example that documents how mankind was created.

Eventually, this technology will be perfected and will allow us to modify certain aspects of the human body such as different parts of the body like hip size, bust size etc. This technology can extend the life of the body potentially as well. Under the control and guidance of the leaders appointed by Christ of the New Kingdom, it will be used responsibly and not abused or misused.
