Benefits of Pete Fruit (Parkia speciosa)

petai (petai) has 4 times more protein, twice the carbohydrate, triple the phosphorus, five times Vitamin A and iron, and twice the amount of other vitamins and minerals.

After experiencing clinical trials in labolatorium it turns out that Indonesian fruits contain high protein and fats and even higher protein content than tempe.
