When I log in into steemitwallet I see the message and I agree but then the little circle turns.

It's a browser problem, I had the same problem with firefox & Chrome... everything worked well in the Brave Browser...

Actually I have tried Brave browser as well — but with keychain extension. And it **didn't** work. It did work with Opera but without using the keychain extension.

I suspect extensions.

That's weird considering that brave is a chromium browser. Perhaps it may have something to do with installed extensions/cookies

I tried in firefox & Chrome, both with and without keychain...it didn't work.
I tried in Brave without keychain and it worked immediatly... so I didn't try brave & keychain of course 😉

I had the same problem. I tried Chrome and Firefox on Ubuntu. I then tried Firefox on Windows.

I took the suggestion of trying Brave on a test computer. I got the PDF but failed to redeem my TRX tokens. 

I was really surprised to see SteemIt.com make a PDF download part of the sign up process. Downloads are one of the most problematic features of browsers. A PDF file doesn't really add any security. It might actually add security holes as the there things (like virus protection software) that scan downloads.

You need to login without a keychain, directly with the active key. 

Strange that no one from the @steemit team will try to help you. They are probably busy making “It worked” postings with all those sock puppet accounts.

it's rediculous that it just doesn't work for everyone and is complicated like everything else that has to do with crypto etc.  It should be a simple process that I can do on my Chromebook and now it still doesn't work for and I'm older and not at all computer savvy to figure it out!😕
