OMG just read the article! Its not hard! You need to just read it slowly and look up every word you don't understand! How else are ypou ever going to learn? Before long youll  get it all! It is the WALLET that is registered NOT the tokens so no you have to register whatever wallet they are on, but I think you have already figured this out by now from you are other reply :_)
