AcroYoga Free Flow - Standing Acrobatics and L-basing 🤸

I love getting together with my acroyoga community. We have a meet up once a week. All the acroyoga enthusiast get together to practice and share different skills. I love practicing with different people because we can always teach each other something new. These meet ups are an awesome way to build the acroyoga community and also get new people into acrobatics. 


There are different types of acrobatics; there is standing acrobatics and L-basing(were one person lays down on the ground and balances someone else on their feet.
In this video, @acrobutterfly and I chain standing acrobatics and L-basing together to make a fun flow. 😊

Right now I really like standing acrobatics, especially the skill "hand to hand".  I love the challenge of balancing people in the air and moving into different combinations of poses.
