Preparing myself for 5K Parkrun tomorrow!

The sun is gaining strength and the few remaining snow began to melt quite quickly today. 

Tomorrow is Saturday, so "Parkrun day". That means to go to bed in time and get up very early tomorrow.

My plan for the 5K run is set and I have visualized it several times today. I will try a "negative split" tomorrow, i.e. I will start with a lower pace and try to get a little faster with every kilometer.

In the past I often started too fast in competitions, so I ran out of breath too early. 

I am excited to see how I will manage this.

Die Sonne gewinnt an Stärke und der wenige noch liegen gebliebene Schnee begann heute recht schnell zu schmelzen. 

Morgen ist Samstag, also "Parkrun Tag". Da heißt es zeitig ins Bett zu gehen und morgen sehr früh aufstehen.

Mein Plan für den 5K Lauf steht und ich habe ihn mir heute mehrfach visualisiert. Ich werde morgen einen "negative split" versuchen, d.h. ich beginne mit einer niedrigeren Pace und versuche mit jedem Kilometer ein wenig schneller zu werden.

In der Vergangenheit hab ich bei Wettkämpfen oft zu schnell begonnen, sodass mir zu früh die Puste ausging. 

Bin gespannt, wie ich damit zurecht komme.
