Hi everyone, I had to get up early this morning, it was about 5:30 and I had to go to my uncle's camp to help him out in the camp.
Every now and then when I'm home from work I go to help him and in return he provides me with wood for the winter...

Ciao a tutti,questa mattina ho dovuto alzarmi presto.Erano circa le 5:30 e dovevo recarmi al campo di mio zio per aiutarlo nel campo.
Ogni tanto quando sono a casa dal lavoro vado ad aiutarlo e lui in cambio mi fornisce legna per l'inverno.

After cutting the wood, we dedicated ourselves to the corn harvest.
This year has been an excellent year, even if the weather has been a bit tantrum, there was also a hailstorm a month ago but nothing serious.

Quest'anno è stata un'ottima annata,anche se il meteo ha fatto un pò i capricci,c'è stata anche una grandinata un mese fa ma niente di grave.

Finally noon has arrived, this means lunch !!!
Today I touch a typical dish in my part ... Boiled with Pearà.
Basically a mixture of meats (chicken-bovine) accompanied by a sauce made with marrow and breadcrumbs.
Of course it is a poor recipe of peasant culture.

Finalmente è arrivato mezzogiorno,questo vuol dire pranzo!!!
Oggi mi tocca un piatto tipico dalle mie parti...Lesso con la Pearà.
Praticamente un misto di carni(pollo-bovino) accompagnato il tutto da una salsa fatta con midollo e pan grattato.
Naturalmente è una ricetta povera della cultura contadina.

In the afternoon I dedicate myself to cutting grass, I really like using the brush cutter, even if you have to be very careful ... it's easy to get hurt !!!

Il pomeriggio mi dedico al taglio erba,mi piace molto usare il decespugliatore,anche se bisogna stare molto attenti...é facile farsi male!!!
