What “big” go to patience? One, when the storm of life, we push a little of all formulations, water for us to sit floods, wind, to take us to the top... and survival over a tower, engine and is about to concede. Yes, this situation is “explosive”! :)
So it's a sea to sail most of the time. Limitations of the external world, we shake the sea in the premises of thoughts, emotions and reactions to such an extent that it sometimes seems a miracle that we didn't drown already. :) However, always we come to the shore...

Of course, ideally, we come into a state of consciousness in which nothing in the external world, in order not to affect us to such an extent that the situation was “as swirls”-hollow. :) While there, but the steps are small (but not sure) that we have a plan to include two relations of “abnormal”: **discipline** and **patience**.

**Installation**

Why crazy? Because we do not “build” their act in society. We are not taught to look at life as a “strategy game”, where two relations are important and make a huge **difference between success and failure** (in terms of strictly human factor, of course).

When this happens? Small children, when we are fighting on sweets and toys with brothers and sisters, summer, friends, and anybody did not retreat a single hand what you think is “their property”. Because it would mean to give up something of yourself in some **“personality”** his fragile, barely format, **which included** (to rely to a greater extent even) **things that increased the fun**. And you did everything to feel “happy”.

I grew up and the things that we struggle now has changed. The functions of money, women (or men), business, technology, earth, Nations, etc, nothing has changed in relation to room **in order not to incur losses** and would like to always be in win as possible.

**The loss of something external to us resistance to cut, and now, how little of the individual.** Emotional reactions are the same as in childhood. Only changed it as you can now make face. If setting mind not allow yourself to judge cold and to take, voluntarily, a right choice, now you have the opportunity **to leave attachments in hand** and make a conscious choice that you bring peace to the room.

But it doesn't come too easily. Easy it is to read about it, talk about it, to prepare for the “spiritual” for it... but maybe constati that you aren't quite prepared...


**And the company knows that you are not ready and is powered by impatience and indiscipline yours.** With the desire you to cover the “loss” of identity, to become someone, to be better today than yesterday...“to 4 years and a half” (remember the expression? :)) We don't even want expect things to settle on yourself to feel the flow naturally. Have the discipline and patience until... Yes the training is true.
We can be deliberate or convicted for it? Only when we the people become conscious, and we know, we feel, clearly, that **our choice and anxiety that causes suffering, until a new, and other people**. Until then... we learn from the mistakes that were uttered so many times before something inside says “enough!”.
