Hello and happy Sunday to you all.

I want to share some few tips with you on what to do when you feel discouraged.

Here a few thing you can do to help you out of discouragement:
1) Don’t let failure define you 

2) Find better ways of doing things

3) Get emotional support, talk to a friend who can encourage you

4) Listen to music

4) Take a break. Take some time out to cool off and get the pressure off your head.
