Capturing Love

One of the most difficult emotions to capture (in a subtle way) is *love*.  Yes, you can get the obvious couple shot, starring adoringly into each other's eyes or walking down a path hand in hand.

What I mean is, that subtle, natural feel that isn't contrived. 

This photo is my favourite from the shoot with Tamara from our day in Hyde Park.  It was unplanned.  I saw it and took the photo immediately without warning.

In this photo, she's gazing adoringly at her one year old son, who was doing something really cute on the bench.  For a moment, she just let him be, let him do his thing and she just observed with a half smile as if to say *"look at you my little beauty"*. 

After snapping this shot, I said to her *"you're going to love it!  If it comes out"*.  I wasn't sure it was going to come out.  Being film, you really never know until the roll is developed.

I am really happy with this shot.  It came out exactly how I visualised it.
