Today the world is facing a serious issue of Covid-19, many people lost their job with this situation and currently world is facing a economic meltdown everywhere.

People don’t have job, food and basic facility to cope up with this situation. After this meltdown end their will be many companies who will be looking for good employee.

So you need to be very competitive and be prepared to face this interview with the companies, so here I am giving some tips to overcome this situation very confidently.

You may be used to traditional job interviews, but interviews with the employment agency can be a very different experience. When we meet the unknown, we have a concern. To eliminate your concerns, 

**we have compiled some tips to prepare you for an interview with the employment agency.**

# 1. Assess differences
<br>
It might seem simple, but the first step you take when preparing for an interview with the employment agency should be to realize that the individual you are meeting is not one of the companies. Recruitment agencies broker the company and job candidates, taking most of the recruitment process from the company's hands. In short, if you want to impress the company, you will need to influence the employment agency. Don't forget this.

# 2. Sell yourself

There are two different situations that will require you to interview a job-finding organization. One is that if you are one of the candidates being considered for a position, the second is that they have a position that suits you, when you apply for a employment agency to see it … this is the job advisor in both types of interviews, They will want to know your CV, experience and you a little better to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the job you are applying for, or to see if you are following other job opportunities they may have. When you talk about your experience, it's helpful to demonstrate your skill and knowledge so your advisor can be aware of all his or her abilities.

# 3. Be serious as you meet the Company

You can take the interview with the recruiter less seriously than the interview you are interviewing with the direct employer. It is in your interest to prepare as if you are preparing for an interview with the company as you prepare for the interview with the employment agency. This interview may be more formal than others, not important; over preparation is always better than under preparation. Your employment advisor may also be the one who will open the door to your meeting with an employer. Just remember there is much more competition ahead.

# 4. Make the most of the interview

Sometimes the reputation of employment institutions can be hit because the job candidate cannot achieve what they want. In fact, a large part of this could be seen as the job candidate's fault. If you have come to participate in a formal interview for a specific position, but when you start the interview, if your employment advisor has not spoken out and mentioned the position at all, tell them you have come for that position. Ask what you need to do to do this and tell us what you want for yourself that both parties can better understand the purpose of the other.

# 5. Ask for their advice
<br>
If you are participating in an interview to meet a position, it may be helpful to ask the advisors' idea of the positions you will be applying for. After all, many of these advisors will be experts and can advise you on whether you're too high or how well your CV is marketing you.

# 6. Remember – there's also a Post-Interview
<br>
Once you have left the interview, don't think it's done there. Your relationship with the employment advisor needs to continue and improve. After all, you are not the only candidate they are interested in and you may miss out on things if you don't call each week or ask for a suitable position for you via email. If you have asked them to suggest you for a position, connect with them occasionally to find out if the employer is interested in you. Sometimes they don't tell you that the company is taking someone else for you, so not breaking the link will also prevent you from being desperate.

# 7. Be professionally well dress.

One of the key factors is also a well dress in an interview, you should wear a proper attire which is advice by the company if not you used wear formal dress which s more suitable for the interview and you will look very decent. Don’t wear fancy, party wear cloth which will disappoint the interviewer. Relax and you will do good in interview.
