**Dear Steemit Community**

Let's take the thread of the LinkedIn file for SMEs started in 2012. We saw how to create a really effective LinkedIn profile . This Is the most unique and important as this one is the basic step. Because to make your profile really effective, it is a question of activating, developing and maintaining your network.

Indeed, without interactions and active “networking”, your presence on LinkedIn is likely to go unnoticed!



Build and develop your network.
To be successful today, it is no longer enough to have skills and experience. You must also be able to highlight them in projects, to find your place within a team or to create stimulating partnerships .

 A network like LinkedIn is based on the principle of 6 degrees of separation , we also called it as the network of the small world, according to which any person living on this planet can be connected to any other, through a chain of relationships including a maximum of five other links. We understand why LinkedIn has become an essential professional network , which allows you in a few clicks to find the contacts and intermediaries who will lead you to the interlocutor partner, client, employee, etc. What you are in need and looking for.

LinkedIn is built on a multi-layered network . To take advantage of this enormous potential, you have to build your network, level by level.

Building a successful network requires method, discernment and perseverance.   Of course, unexpected encounters can be rich and promising, but networking remains above all a thoughtful and prepared process.
