How I Start my mornings!

Every morning I wake up at 4:30am start my day off at the gym by 5am. Bike 5-10 miles warmup. Then hit the weights for about 1-2 hours. Then end it off with 30min in the Sanna while drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated for the day!

Next thing I need to start my day is COFFEE nothing like a Oat Lattee from my favorite coffee shop in San Francisco “Blue Bottle Coffee”

Since the beginning of this year I cut drinking milk, I’m not vegan or anything but I’ve noticed that cutting milk out and substituting it with Oat was the best choice I made and it even taste better! How do you like your coffee?

I drink my coffee with oat milk (or sometimes coconut) too! I actually learned to drink coffee only after I had it with oat milk, it tasted so much better with that.
