Assalamualaikum everyone. I'm good Alhmdulillah and hope the same for you guys too. My grandmother is still suffering from most of the symptoms of dengue like belly pain, slight fever, tiredness and exreme weekness. May Allah help and recover her as soon as possible.

Let's start with the day.
<div class="text-justify">I woke up at 8 and started getting ready for college. I didn't want to go to university because of my grabdmother but it was a mental health awareness program this day and the presence of us, the students of psychology department was very important obviously.

I woke my baba up after I got ready and we reached there at 9:30am. The event had started but I was waiting for my friend so we could go there together.

This was a little decoration at the entrance of the venue. The colorful balloons represents the theme of the event which was lime green, yellow and white. We were asked to try and dress accordingly. The whole decoration was also in accordance with the theme.</div>

The program was arranged in the canopy of block B which was the worst thing ever because of the hot weather. We all know **winter season don't come in karachi until we cry for it literally**. 
When I asked a volunteèr ke why it wasn't arranged in any of the auditoriums like everytime, he told me that it was because of the stalls.🥲

After the recitation of Holy Quran, the president of our university *Dr Zubair sheikh* and then the Head of the department of psychology *Mam Maryam Qazi* gave inspiring speeches. The theme of the program was **Mental health in an unequal world**  which was the actual theme of  the **World Mental health day 2021**. Every year on oct 10, world mental health day is celebrated with an aim to bring awareness about various mental health issues which is really necessary these days. Do you know that about 800,000 people died by suicide everyyear according to the data 2016. That's a huge amount no?

This theme focused on unequalities in mental health care globally and locally, for the people who're living in poverty. Because the people with middle or low income are unable to get psychological treatement which eventually results in severe problems and even loss of life sometimes. So the government should do something in order to make mental health services better and easy to go.

People from different psychiatric hospitals of karachi like karwan e hayat and sarhandi's neuro psychiatry were invited.  Interesting mind games were arranged for students and teachers.  Motivating words like Love yourself, Be you, you're perfect the way you are etc were written on chits. Stone paintings were being done by the students of our class and many more. So they tried various things to make the event successfull.

After some students gave awareness and motivational speeches, our teacher called us to take group photos. I'm not in this picture but my friends are.

I did not wait for the program to be completed and we went to the food court to eat something as were feeling very hungry. I ate bunkabab and we came back to home.

After having alot of rest and doing other routine work, I started watching the drama **Parizaad** which is the most followed and loved drama these days. The story is very unique and shows the hurtful and problematic journey of an honest and the most loyal man.

We also watched **Pakistan vs Namibia** match which pakistan won so gracefully. It was the 4th match of pakistan in this T20 world cup series and as pakistan has won all the 4 matches, it has qualified for semi finale Masha Allah. Let's see what happens next, just hope for the best❤🇵🇰

Then I did dishes after dinner, did some home work, used phone and slept.
