Assalam-o-alaikum! all my dear friends. I hope you will be enjoying good health by the grace of Almighty Allah who is very kind to everyone.
Today I got up early in the morning as I usual . I offered my prayer then I recited the Holy Quran. After that I go out for a walk and I took some exercise there.
Then I came back to my home and and the breakfast was ready to eat . So I ate my breakfast then I went to the medical store.

> آج میں معمول کے مطابق صبح سویرے اٹھا۔ میں نے نماز پڑھائی پھر میں نے قرآن پاک کی تلاوت کی۔ اس کے بعد میں سیر کے لئے باہر جاتا ہوں اور میں نے وہاں کچھ ورزش کی۔
پھر میں اپنے گھر واپس آیا اور ناشتہ کھانے کے لئے تیار تھا۔ اس ل میں نے اپنا ناشتہ کھایا پھر میں میڈیکل اسٹور گیا۔

This is my first post in the **SteemAlive** . I want to thank to Mr @focusnow the admin of the SteemAlive who gave me a chance to write in the SteemAlive community. I know it is a big and wonderful community in the steemit and as it is growing day by day.
Today I am also here to write in this loving community. I am going to write my daily Diarygame. And specially I will cover the Carrot Halwa in my this post as I cook it today. And I hope you all will like my this Dish.
> یہ اسٹیم الیو میں میری پہلی پوسٹ ہے۔ میں @focusnow فوکسنو کا شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں جو اسٹیم الیو کے ایڈمن نے مجھے اسٹیم الیو کمیونٹی میں لکھنے کا موقع دیا۔ میں جانتا ہوں کہ یہ ایک بڑی اور عمدہ کمیونٹی ہے جو دن بدن بڑھتی جارہی ہے۔
آج میں یہاں بھی اس محبت کرنے والی جماعت میں لکھنے کے لئے حاضر ہوں۔ میں اپنا روزانہ ڈائری گیم لکھنے جا رہا ہوں۔ اور خاص طور پر میں اپنی پوسٹ میں گاجر حلوہ کا احاطہ کروں گا جیسا کہ آج میں اسے پک رہا ہوں۔ اور مجھے امید ہے کہ آپ سب میری ڈش کو پسند کریں گے۔

Today I was free and I wanted to do something amazing and good. So I decided to do something yummy and sweet. After thinking a lot I reached at the selection of Cooking Carrot Halwa. It is a sweet recipe and dish . This dish is very famous here on my area. It take a large time to prepare but it's taste is very good . And it is a very delicious sweet dish . It's taste makes you able to forget the hard work during it's preparation.

آج میں آزاد تھا اور میں کچھ حیرت انگیز اور اچھا کرنا چاہتا تھا۔ لہذا میں نے کچھ سوادج اور پیارا کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ بہت سوچنے کے بعد میں باورچی گاجر حلوہ کے انتخاب پر پہنچا۔ یہ ایک میٹھا نسخہ اور ڈش ہے۔ یہ ڈش میرے علاقے میں یہاں بہت مشہور ہے۔ اسے تیار کرنے میں کافی وقت لگتا ہے لیکن اس کا ذائقہ بہت اچھا ہے۔ اور یہ ایک بہت ہی لذیذ میٹھی ڈش ہے۔ اس کا ذائقہ تیاری کے دوران آپ کو سخت محنت کو فراموش کرنے کا اہل بناتا ہے۔

So went to the vegetable market to buy carrots. There was a great rush of people there. Everyone was there to buy vegetables. And I had also bought the carrots for this dish. So I went to the stall if carrots and there was also a great rush of people there. And I hardly bought them and I came back to my house. And I also bought other necessary things for this dish .
> لہذا گاجر خریدنے سبزی منڈی گئے۔ وہاں لوگوں کا زبردست رش تھا۔ سبزی خریدنے کے لئے سب لوگ وہاں موجود تھے۔ اور میں نے اس برتن کے لئے گاجر بھی خریدا تھا۔ اس ل  میں اسٹال پر گیا اگر گاجر اور وہاں بھی لوگوں کا بہت زیادہ رش تھا۔ اور میں نے انہیں بڑی مشکل سے خرید لیا اور میں اپنے گھر واپس آگیا۔ اور میں نے اس ڈش کے لئے دوسری ضروری چیزیں بھی خریدی تھیں۔

In this way i cut the carrots into very small pieces. As it is very necessary for making this sweet dish. It took a lot of time to be prepared in the small pieces. Now I had to cook it. So I put it to the container to  boil it. It is boiled with the milk as it is a main component of this delicious sweet dish. So I also poured milk into the container. And I fire the kiln. And start boiling and cooking it fastly. I was stirring regularly.

And after a lot of time I was able to prepare this dish completely. Now it was ready to eat. But it was hot at the moment. I made it cool and now it was ready to eat. I invited my all the family members and we had a great party of this sweet dish. I also sent this sweet dish to my friends. They praised my this effort and everyone like this sweet dish.
> اس طرح میں نے گاجر کو بہت چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیا۔ چونکہ یہ میٹھی ڈش بنانے کے لئے یہ بہت ضروری ہے۔ چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں تیار ہونے میں کافی وقت لگا۔ اب مجھے یہ کھانا پکانا تھا۔ لہذا میں نے اسے ابلنے کے ل the کنٹینر پر رکھا۔ یہ دودھ کے ساتھ ابلتا ہے کیونکہ یہ اس مزیدار میٹھی ڈش کا ایک اہم جزو ہے۔ چنانچہ میں نے بھی کنٹینر میں دودھ ڈالا۔ اور میں بھٹے کو فائر کرتا ہوں۔ اور اسے ابلنے اور تیزی سے پکانا شروع کریں۔ میں باقاعدگی سے ہلچل مچا رہا تھا۔

> اور بہت وقت گزرنے کے بعد میں اس ڈش کو مکمل طور پر تیار کرنے میں کامیاب ہوگیا۔ اب یہ کھانے کے لئے تیار تھا۔ لیکن اس وقت گرمی تھی۔ میں نے اسے ٹھنڈا کردیا اور اب یہ کھانے کے لئے تیار تھا۔ میں نے اپنے تمام کنبہ کے افراد کو مدعو کیا اور ہمارے پاس اس میٹھی ڈش کی زبردست پارٹی تھی۔ میں نے یہ میٹھی ڈش اپنے دوستوں کو بھیجی۔ انہوں نے میری اس کوشش کی تعریف کی اور ہر ایک کو یہ میٹھی ڈش پسند ہے۔
