<p>Seorang kawan, uring-uringan kepada admin sebuah grup WA karena melakukan sreenshoot pesannya dan mengirim ke grup lain. Masalahnya, kawan ini hanya bercanda dalam grup terbatas tersebut, tetapi kemudian diposting ke grup lain sehingga berdampak hukum. Ada pihak yang tak terima dengan isi WA kawan ini dan pihak yang tidak senang tersebut melaporkan ke polisi dengan tuduhan pencemaran nama baik.</p>

<p>Kasus seperti itu sudah sering terjadi. Ada diskusi internal di sebuah grup, beredar ke luar sehingga menjadi masalah hukum. Padahal, bisa jadi diskusi tersebut tidak menjadi masalah serius di grup asal.</p>

<p>Sebelum membuat grup WA atau grup lainnya di social media, baiknya memang dibuat aturan yang jelas kepada seluruh anggota grup. Aturan yang biasa disebutkan antara lain, diskusi di sini tidak boleh beredar ke luar, tidak boleh menyinggung suku, agama, dan ras. Tidak boleh menyinggung pribadi anggota grup lain.</p>
<p>Ada juga grup yang membatasi diri hanya membahas masalah bisnis saja, atau bidang lainnya. Tidak boleh menyinggung masalah politik. Kalau ada yang memposting isu politik, langsung diperingatkan atau malah kena sanksi dikeluarkan dari grup.</p>

<p>Tidak selamanya aturan tersebut berjalan efektif karena berbagai sebab. <p>Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tidak ada salahnya jika admin mengulang-ulang postingan tentang apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh diposting dalam grup, termasuk misalnya tidak boleh memposting konten kekerasan dan pornografi, selain isu-isu yang sudah disebut di atas.</p>
