名著「イシューからはじめよ」という本のご紹介です。

以前、私は「同時進行で8冊を読んでいる」お話を致しましたが、この本はその8冊に何回か加わって、数回読み返しています。

内容を一言で説明するのは難しいのですが
「問題・課題などの本質を見極める」
という事が一番の主題ではないかと思います。

「価値のあるインプットとアウトプット」について、深く考えさせられる本です。

一心不乱に大量の仕事をする事でバリューをあげようとしてもダメ、という事がしっかり書かれています。

内容がとっても濃い本なので、ここで簡単にご紹介出来ないのがもどかしいですね。

2010年に第1版が刊行されてからずいぶん経ちますが、仕事への取り組み方や目指すビジョンについて、私は多大なヒントを得てきました。

今、steemitをやっていて「内容・アウトプット・インプットの価値とは？」について良く考えます。

この本は多くのヒントを与えてくれます。

最近思考をフル稼働させる読書はしてなくて。娯楽読書になってるなぁとちょっと考えました。本当の価値観に気がつくのはそれが出来ないと決定打を打たれた後なのかも。と親世代を見て思います。その本買ってみようかしら♫
