...  adoption is much higher in European Countries whereas the truth is, it is most immediately needed in Developing Countries!

bitcoin atm is a must , but some countries didn't allow even bitcoin itself for some reason like it's traceless and can be even use to some illegal transactions.

As far as I know, it's complicated lol like everything else! There is Bitcoin machines just not a lot of them, and we can cash out Steem etc to bitcoin and then have it deposited into our bank accounts , my son usually does it for me or helps me.
