## Hi!
Friends I am again here with a new post in this turn I am gonna show you about Pistachios which is basically dry fruit but in post my focus will be on benefits of Pistachios. I think Dry fruits are best to keep away from coldness I might be wrong But I suggest that you should must Include Pistachios in your diet.

Infact Peoples have been eating Pistachios sine 9000 years ago because Pistachios are composed of Healthy fat, vitamins, protein and Antioxidants which prevent from free radicals which are source of different type of Cancer .
