Dear Future me,

I am writing to you today being the 15th day in the month of July, 2021.
Years have gone by and we are still together.

Endless amount of memories come and gone among which where the good, the bad and the ugly.
We have experienced a lot on our journey.

People often write to their former selves wishing certain mistakes weren't made, in a way of consoling and healing, but I chose not to do that because we both know that there is no way we are both going through or back to 26 years ago.

So, why am I writing to our future?
Well; I care about me and us.

I am doing this hoping that this is going to be an enjoyable experience for you and me if the years to come will be an amazing journey that will see us reach new highlights that you didn't think you were capable of reaching, then you will be able to laugh, feel satisfied, and with gratitude, smell the fresh breeze in the morning as you look back into the years past. But then knows that it is not going to be easy with it to achieve these. 

As you'll remember the past years of our life ended with us being in an odd place, life was full with uncertainty, regret, pains, fears, lack, want, poverty and wishes.

Remembering the childhood dreams and seeing what the reality is becoming calls for urgent amendments and strategies.

If you have forgotten your goals, I will remind you of them as follows.

•  To be healthy. Remembering how you always wanted to be well and strong and as such, you plan to be eating healthy, avoid cabs, junks, sugar, carbordinated water. You also planned to engage on regular exercise to stay strong and always visit a doctor for check up.

•  To love, cherish and care for yourself.  You always told yourself that nobody will love you if you don't love yourself, nobody will care for you as well do not care for yourself, you promised to love high self exteemed and self worth.

• To work hard and be successful. You also plan to put in all your best to be rich and have financial freedom. You promised to take care of your parents in return for all their love and care, to acquire the knowledge and the skills relevant to take you to that level. 

•  To be married before you turn 30 years. You have also in your plans said you should start a family before you turn 30.

•  Creat time for your family, travel the world and enjoy life.

•  Be an observe of yourself. We are simply too close to ourselves sometimes. Our brain has a mind of its own, full of thoughts, beliefs and emotions that deceives us. So you always wanted to be contious of yourself, not to talk too much and misbehave.

You know that generally in life, you feel good and happy when you make others happy and well and thus the  bible said do unto others what you want them do to you.

Therefore, as I'm sitting here, ready for this years  to close, I hope you - we take these words to heart and put to good use. We do not know what is going to happen, but I bet no one want to see a movie they already know the end. So let's take the ride.
