Hi wonderful Steemians on @Steemalive. This being my first post here, wish to give you a glimpse of me as a farmer. If you have ever read profile, you would have noticed that.

The layout of plots and beds.

Okro is a vegetable widely appreciated and consumed here in the tropics of Nigeria. It makes for very palatable meals no matter the method of presentation and preparation. Okro has a good combination of nutrients as such, its nutritive value is quite high.
