We human claim ourselves the most intelligent creation of nature. We always had a notion that we will always progress and will rule this planet forever. But, our  own creation Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going ahead to surpass our capacities and is ready to challenge our illusion of superiority.

For example, AlphaZero, an AI program developed by artificial intelligence research company Deepmind, defeated the most powerful chess program of present time Stockfish after just playing chess for four hours with itself and learned to play chess without help of any opening books and endgame databases. AlphaZero learned chess just in four hours and defeated Stockfish. Stockfish can defeat the super grandmasters even if it plays with one or two pawns shortage. So, you can estimate the power of these chess engines.
