Humanity has always been characterized by the fact that it is made up of different societies, which in turn have a certain relationship with each other. History describes very well the changes that humanity has had to develop in order to be able to adapt to the environment and finally succeed in the new challenges that are proposed. Talking about natural selection is a little more complicated when, ironically, reasoning is taken into account. It is evident that other species manage to change their behaviour and morphology in order to survive and ensure fertile offspring. However, humanity seeks more, seeks more than just living, seeks to live comfortably, without serious problems, with health, good physical appearance, professional, economic, social, academic achievements, seeks more than just having children, seeks to provide them with a home, technology, first class education, several languages, travel, art, music, science ... Very difficult to quantify this large number of variables, and relate them to a good prediction of what could be the structure of future societies.

By this time, the human had overcome much of the problems of previous centuries, the threat of war was quite low, but as a cost to this reality, the governments of the world are now not only smaller and more powerful, but they managed to have greater control over matters of great influence for each being. Technology was advancing by leaps and bounds, without delay, without losses, without any impediment to being established globally in a matter of a few days. The world of communication and interconnection had finally begun. At this point much of the most demanded work was focused on connections, risk analysis and optimizations of the large global network. Life for human beings had taken a very clear direction, globalization was a mandatory requirement, and they were achieving it.

This was improving after a few centuries, it was not at all difficult to get used to a life increasingly easier, more durable, and more pleasant, The machines took care of virtually everything, including fixing the ecological damage that the ancestors had created, thus favoring much of the flora and fauna that still remained on the planet. The streets were mostly travelled by quite humanized beings, but with powerful chips in their skulls, their appearance was accepted in society, and they were considered as fundamental tools for life.

In spite of this, not everything was perfect for the planet at that time, everything worked very well, all the rules and norms were fulfilled with security, there was justice and equality. Everything that had to do with technology, education and transportation was easily optimized with the use of special machines for each case. Life was practically perfect, there were no worries, but there was also a lot of free time...

With the passing of generations, happiness was considered a difficult emotional state to achieve. The satisfaction of having all the comforts that gladdened their ancestors meant nothing, after all, they had had since they were quite young. The meaning of existence had been considerably lost.

One of those monotonous and technological days, the main world congress, announced by each of the platforms of the great global network, a new project, was catalogued as the most ambitious project in the entire history of humanity. The project was simple to understand, but not easy to realize; it consisted in the creation of the tallest tower ever created. This time each of the humans was included in a great challenge, as were their ancestors, when they were trying to solve problems that even they don't understand.

As the days passed, a strange psychological disorder was generated in the globe, happiness had increased, but so had obsessive behaviors. Each of the people, could feel part of an incredible project, it was the first time that had been taken into account in this way part of a project of this magnitude, it was the first time they could feel useful in some task.

After several months, the tower was growing continuously, by then there were approximately 546 floors high, but the construction had not even been cancelled of delayed, so much so that each day, the number of floors was different, so much so that one morning, one of the most recognized leaders at the political level, proposed to Congress the completion of the tower, considered that it was enough, and that space could be used to install a station for development and maintenance of machines.

People were annoyed as never before, the tower not only meant a vertical physical space in the city, but also a reason for life, a sense, a reason to feel part of something macro, and useful for the history of the planet. It was impossible to stop millions of people trying to build the best possible tower.

After a few centuries, the tower was reached by one of the planet's Mondays, a space trip could be made in the elevator, and there is no danger whatsoever, because technology advanced so quickly that it allowed us to reach places considered impossible by our ancestors.

The tower was not only a tower, it also had at its base a propulsion system based on dark energy, which could turn the great tower into a rocket of unimaginable scale. Due to a great carelessness or errors of the machines in charge of the rocket, the dawn of April 7, the tower detached, did it in a violent way. People were astonished to see that the work that demanded so much work, today was missing the immensity of the universe. The meaning of life was escaping, and there was very little they could do at that moment.

Shortly thereafter, the impact of this great tower was confirmed on another planet, which is called Earth by each of its talking inhabitants. It was also learned that the impact of the rocket, destroyed virtually all forms of animal and plant life, among animals, much of the "Dinosaurs" (as these creatures are called on this planet). In the end evolution created thinking beings, although I hope that at least they understand that history is cyclical.

Thank you for reading.
