Friends of Steemit I hope you are well, as Christmas is approaching at home there is a lot to do and we always leave the heavy work to men, so I was very busy, I always pass my little grain of sand, leaving a recipe that can serve for pasapalos, for these dates usually arrive much visit for being Christmas, so they need something quick to prepare.

Croquettes are always a good alternative if there are small ones at home, today we make them with potatoes, spinach and cheese, they will all love it and they will love more.









**ingredients:**



* 2 potatoes
* 100 gr. of spinach
* 50 gr. of cheese of your preference
* 1 egg
* 1/2 liter of milk
* Bread crumbs
* Wheat flour
* Oil
* Pepper and salt





**Preparation:**



Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and put them in the oven until they are roasted, while we cook the spinach in water with a pinch of salt, let cool and drain. We cut the cheese into small pieces and in a bowl we crush it together with the milk and potatoes, add a pinch of pepper and salt, to taste, heat this dough a little and add the chopped spinach, mix well until there is a homogeneous mass. Let it cool and start making the balls of the croquettes. We passed them through the flour, the beaten egg and the bread crumbs. We fry them in very hot oil and eat them!




**Tips:**



You can accompany these croquettes with some rice or with a salad dressed with balsamic vinegar.
