While our dream world often contains valuable information bringing us closer to our true Self, the reality we wake up in every day mostly distracts us from our true Self.

Knowing so, we realise that the dream world is essentially much more indicative of truth and realness than that which we call reality.

Albeit apparently wishy-washy and scattered to the Human mind there is a golden thread of Universal chronology being woven into our web of dreams, guiding us in the most effective way towards our destiny beyond lifetimes.

I mostly dream what will happens to me ...is it a sign...?!?
People, places or chats I often dreamed before I was there or met them...it felt like a Déjà-Vu.

Wasn’t it the Indiana’s which said “in a dream we are in our reality and in reality we are in a collective dream”?

Yes. In fact, the more we clear stuck emotions ( the best way to be achieved is through practising mental Silence) the more we release our energetic density, which can be a very palpable feeling during night. The more we do that the more aware and awake we become in our dream world, gradually remembering more and more upon waking up from sleep. It is very possible, as you said, to have astral experiences that preemptively allow us to feel emotions of an event that will take place one day. It can be a day later, but also weeks, months and even years later. But of course dreams also indicate our own fears or some thought patterns.

I nearly never dream but sometimes my dreams are so vivid that I feel it’s my mad reality I create in my mind....I wake up from being totally awake......does that make sense?

Thanks for sharing. Great video. "You attract what you are, not what you want" is very true, and is the lesson that many fervent practitioners of the law of attraction should learn, because even though we should surely take of our thoughts, it is not about thinking of something so long until we get it. Attracting what we are instead requires doing the inner work, clearing our baggage and truly reprograming us from the inside out...as he says, actually the present has nothing to do with the past unless we choose so. If we choose to see that the present is absolutely new and in itself free from any meaning we gave the past, we can mold new feelings into the present moment. It takes time yes, but it is guaranteedly beneficial to our well-being on all levels over time...
