This is actually something I have been thinking a lot about. I used to consider myself very socially liberal but by the new definition I am not.

Obviously the video is a bit-far fetched to make a point but it's scary that it almost isn't even that far-fetched. I offend people online while trying to be compassionate on a daily basis. It is impossible for me to create art that doesn't offend.

I am also now labeled by many as a racist for having dreadlocks. 

I like having free speech. I value it MUCH more than I value not offending people.

When I watched idiocracy when it first came out I thought it was scary that we were really heading in that direction and now it doesn't seem far off at all so perhaps we will end up just like this short film too.

I think the world is changing too fast. The childhood I had, is totally different from the one my younger brother had. And that leads to it costs to adapt, as in any abrupt change. We must have faith that human beings will know how to deal with these new paradigms that are presented.

The scariest part is that you can already see this happening. You do not have the right to not be offended. Why don't people understand that?
