[sportstalk] Active Stretching | 运动前的热身之大腿拉伸

在做较为激烈的运动前，比如跑步等。做一下热身运动可以更好的锻炼，也可以让身体可以更好的为接下来的运动预热。适当的热身可以使心脏供血增加，加速血液循环、增加肌肉的弹性，防止激烈运动时肌肉受伤、增加关节的润滑等。

运动前的热身，主要是动态拉伸，事实上我之前也有介绍过，比如开合跳，和髂腰肌的拉伸。除此之外还可以做下大腿的拉伸。包括大腿前后。

拉伸动作非常简单，首先拉伸大腿后侧肌肉也包含了臀大肌。
保持站立姿势，抬起一条腿，双手交叉放在膝盖把腿往上抬再放下，如此反复。之后再换条腿。

再来拉伸大腿前侧。
保持站立姿势，往后抬起一条腿，双手拿住脚背，双手前后拉伸脚部。再换条腿。
