If your depression starts to manifest in your Facebook status, then you are not really depressed. You just want someone to see your status. Or looking at the status, someone thinks, "God! The man is mysterious! I don't know how many things he has been going through in his life !!!"
Due to these cent eating posts, depression has become more of a social disorder than it is now.
Well! I'm not sorry if the words are stingy.
Yes, no.
What you think of as depression is only temporary depression, nothing more. Just like children get upset if they don't buy the toy of their choice.
And this temporary upset only wastes our time. We could easily recover if we wanted to. If I wanted, I could turn my face away from the bad feeling and move to the other side.
But do you know what we do?
Write the status, "Game Over! Thanks For Playing!"
Believe me, this kind of post will not bring back any lost object to you. Rather, a class of people will begin to move away from you, and will think in their minds that they have been freed from an emotional trap.
Again, your image will be ruined by some people.
Be strong!
Be Concealed!
From the outside, no one seems to understand what is going on over you. If you need sympathy, sit down in prayer and tell the Creator. You will get something better.
And what I'm saying is, depression ...
If you are depressed, you will not understand what you want! You will be completely unconscious. There will be no mood to give status. You can't cry, you can't understand what's really going on!
This ghost called "depression" can only drive people back. Don't let it be challenging anymore. And it is better to become your own sorcerer to chase away ghosts. Depression should never be given priority. Which has become. We can only change what will happen in the future.
No one wants to hear sad stories. Those who want to, they don't really have much work on their hands, or for some time you have the topic of passing their time to them.
Be careful! Don't make fun of yourself by telling people about your problems.
Gain strength without sympathy. It will work.
