<p> isn't good enough steemit to hook to famous and popular people? Is necesary treat these persons between cottons and to give them big sums of votes and of money in order that they are satisfied and speak nice of steemit? I do not believe that it is the correct "algorithm", steemit has his own captivation and I think that we all are equal here, we all have to gain our votes, and what it should do to steemit is to spread the equality, The reward to the good contents and that the effort is rewarded. Hereby only we make the big ones bigger, while we continue looking at the small ones. If the famous ones are going to remain in steemit they it will do because they have something that to count, because they like the platform or because they amuse themselves, and those who do good contents will be those that deserve good rewards. </p>

<h2><strong>LANGUAGE. </strong> </h2>
<p>The 90 % of the content in steemit is in English, so if you do not do post in English it is very difficult that you are successful in steemit, and it closes the door to many persons, personally my english is not very good, I have to write the text in Spanish, Translate to English, Y once in English to return to translate Spanish to see if there continues making sense (in many occasions it does not have it and have to check the whole text in search of failures), This does that a text that costs 20 minutes of writing , has a process behind other 40 minutes to leave it in an understandable English , would be brilliant that there were "whales" of all the languages, I have seen several Spanish persons to try postear in Spanish, I itself it have done and had that stopped because there is no union of the people, There are no whales that vote for the Spanish content or other languages and we have to try it in English, This one also is a topic to solving.</p>

<h2><strong>VOTE FOR THE CONTENT NOT FOR THE AUTHOR. </strong> </h2>
<p>This already I commented on it in a post a few days ago, the majority of the persons vote for a name, do not vote for a content, it is true that the people can vote what wants, but voting this way for the only thing that we do it is to destroy steemit, it is not beneficial for anybody, it is necessary to vote for the content that you like, is the only way of distributing benefits for all, is frustrating to make a post at which you have been employed for hours and see that they do not vote for it, and to see as a known steemer puts a post and to the instant it has 20 votes, the frustrating thing is not that another person has any more votes that I, the frustrating thing is to see that there are persons who are voted without seeing or to read his post.</p>
<p>In this they do not serve algorithms and you formulate, we are we those that we decide if we want to do it well or not.</p>

<p>Personally I think that the ideas are not valued in steemit, I am neither programmer, nor designer, cannot create these applications that so much we like, but I try to contribute my grain of sand that they are the ideas, without an idea it would not have born steemit, without an idea nothing begins, I think that it is something of valuing. I have seen as several ideas that I have contributed they have slipped by and within a few days I have seen the same developed idea having benefits. It is true that to create something has more value, but a good idea should not stay without reward.</p>
