<div class="text-justify">Greetings dear readers, in this opportunity I share with you the first impressions I have about a book that has been socialized by some colleagues in the community, whose author was <strong>Dale Carnegie</strong> an American businessman and writer, it is not a text that has a current elaboration date, but apparently societies have not evolved much in terms of human relations and that is why this bibliographic material is undoubtedly adapted to our 2020 context.   </div>

<div class="text-justify">The amazing thing about all this is that this material was created specifically for human relations courses and became a great work that has been read by great professionals from different areas. Today in the year 2020 after approximately 80 years this book is still in force with very useful recommendations regarding human relations, because, we live in a time of entrepreneurs and for no one it is a secret that good relations with the neighbor have a great influence on the success of any company, the validity of the book in this decade, is an indicator that has not evolved much in terms of human relations.</div>

<div class="text-justify">The material was born after 15 years of experiences and investigations, that is to say, it is a well worked content that shows a synergy between the investigation and the experience, from the point of view of the investigation the author carried out searches in magazines, articles, newspapers, works of philosophers and psychologists, studies on the biography of great characters like Julio Cesar, Thomas Edison, besides interviews to politicians, businessmen and movie stars, all this with the intention of studying meticulously the behavior of great influential characters of different epochs.</div>

<div class="text-justify">In addition, he learned from the experience of the people who participated in the talk he gave entitled "How to win friends and influence people", which is where the success of the material is reflected, making it one of the most widely read books in the world.</div>

First, he points out that 15% of economic success is due to the technical knowledge that the person has in the area in which he or she works and 85% is due to the personality and ability to deal with people. Secondly, he mentions that the best paid staff in the engineering area, it is not only those who know engineering but also those who have the ability to express ideas and arouse enthusiasm in others, Possibly this ability could lead them to the management of any company and therefore acquire high income.</div>

<div class="text-justify">The data mentioned, are of the utmost importance and I consider, although I have not made any study in this regard that is adapted to the realities today, since the companies are in search of integral and proactive people, to contribute their ideas beyond their technical and knowledge.</div>

<div class="text-justify">On the other hand, to finish, in the book there are eight objectives that will allow the readers to improve their human relations, in a very particular way, I would like that the reading allows me to put in practice some alternatives to achieve pleasant relations within the labor scope since from there I could communicate effectively with a collective and share some visions or own points of view of my professional area.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Friend reader, I hope that this brief review that covers some important aspects of the book will encourage you to download it on the web and start an interesting reading on how to improve our human relations. Personally, I think it is excellent that the book was not an improvised creation, since it is based on historical behaviors and ideas collected from a collective that allowed the author to effectively adopt a series of aspects that will help people to reflect on their behavior with others and put into practice many of the principles mentioned there. I hope to share with you some of the insights from the book as I continue to read.</div>
