In everything we do, there are myths which would follow it. this is no different with science. Even in a process which is supposed to hold a lot of weight, there are still myths which lurk in the background. These myths may not even be known to people as being false and may be accepted by them as true. What are some of these myths? They include;
KILLING A VIRUS: most people today believe that you can actually kill a virus. However, the opposite is quite true. The only thing you can do to a virus is to deactivate it or maybe destroy it. this is due to the fact that the virus was not even alive to start with. That is funny is it not? However, many persons mis-take virus to be available. This is one of the biggest myths in science.
THE MOON HAS A PART OF IT THAT IS DARK: some persons have this belief that some part of the moon is dark and has always been. This is not true. The moon has absolutely no side that is dark. In-stead, the moon can be said to have a far side. In other words, it has almost all the properties that the other side has. There is nothing in the history of science that suggests otherwise. This is another myth of science.
While myths can seem exciting, it usually results in false news. Therefore, we should strive to dismiss the myths which have been created.
