Hello Steemians,

On this occasion I will write about my first experience participating in the Meet Up & Gathering of Indonesia Promoters organized by the Promo Steem Community and Steem For SDGs.

I was contacted by @guski who invited me to join the Meet Up event at Ujong Blang Beach, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh on October 10, 2021 at 15.00 PM. This event was held at Pondok Mawar Biru, Ujong Blang Beach.

At the appointed time I headed to the event location with enthusiasm because I would meet Steemian friends, especially Admin and Moderator of Promo Steem Community .

In the Meet Up activity I met new friends who previously only knew them online, in addition to adding friends, I got additional knowledge and insight about Steemit. This knowledge is very useful and helps my development on Steemit.

The activity was relaxed, guided by moderator @bangmimi, then remarks from @ponpase. Ayi Jufridar was lined up to give directions to new members. In Bang Ayi's explanation (@ayijufridar) motivated us new members to be consistent in writing posts on Steemit. It provides tips and tricks so that new members are easy to start writing. According to Bang Ayi, writing will be easier if it is done according to passion, not just chasing rewards. He said the reward was Bonus. "Try to make one post in one day," he said.

Promo Steem Admin @arie.steem on the same occasion also told about his ups and downs as a successful steemian. He tells about the history of the Steem Promo Community. From the explanation I concluded that the content for the steem promo is not just photos, but activities that aim to promote Steemit, especially in recruit new members and help direct them to produce great posts.

Arie steem added that one way to promote posts could be through the Discord social media network.

In the future, the Promo Steem plans to conduct regular webinars to guide new members every week through the zoom application.



The Meet Up event was closed by lunch together, the committee had prepared delicious grilled chicken and grilled meatballs. Everyone looks satisfied, it's seen in the group photo at the end event. Thank you All.
