创意餐厅不只是辣霸的诱惑。
各位steemit的盆友们，大家好！让我们继续昨天推介的日式创意料理，今天重点介绍“创意”的表现，在它的菜谱里除了大家熟悉的常规日式菜式之外，餐厅还开发了很多款独一无二的漂亮寿司，像闺蜜卷，蝴蝶卷，大富豪寿司，还有阿拉斯加卷等等，都有很特别的名字，其中内容大都是很好吃的饭团和各种新鲜的鱼加瓜菜组成。

这里要隆重推出其中很独特的两种寿司，一个是鱼子蓝莓，最上层鲜红的鱼子用薄荷叶和一块鱼皮托着，饭团则是用已经在蓝莓汁里浸泡过的呈紫色的米饭做成，用来点缀的芝士随意地画着流线行图案，恣意地流淌着，看上去就像一盘绽放的紫色花朵，娇艳欲滴，吃起来略带一点点酸酸的味道，但是配上鱼子在牙缝中迸发出的鲜咸口感，别有一番滋味；

另外一种给人印象深刻，吃过就忘不了也是本人最爱的寿司叫鳗鱼鹅肝卷，顾名思义必须是离不开这两种食材，但是精彩之处就在于它组合的方式，每一块都是由四种食物叠起来，最底下是一块烤得香酥的小方块面包垫底，依次往上摆放着一块圆形的猕猴桃，一小块鹅肝，最上面那块鳗鱼头上还点缀了两撮黑鱼子，就像一双眼睛似的，咋看上去好像一只精灵的小动物坐在托盘上，不光外形新颖别致，当拿起面包整个咬下去的时候才会发现原来这样的组合堪称绝妙。

我们都知道，鳗鱼稍许带些甜味，鹅肝营养价值丰富但又是很油腻的，底座的面包块都知道是用来吸油的，然而那块很花心思的猕猴桃才是真正重点，它的参与大大增加了这样搭配的口感，既解了腻也加入了酸的程度，一下子中和了整体的味道，恰到好处，是很加分的选择呢，这样新鲜创意的寿司还真的是第一次品尝，也属于他家的独创，长条形的托盘里一列摆放着五个这样的精品，不但色泽艳丽还口味绝佳，吃完一个总还有意犹未尽的感觉，估计好这一口的就非此地莫属了吧！

说到创意，这家餐厅还有一道发明创造，也可以称得上是他们的独门秘诀吧，那就是菜单上那盘鲜红的辣霸三文鱼，只见每块切成四方形的三文鱼都裹着鲜艳的新鲜红辣椒末，旁边用洋葱圈，细细的白绿色菜苗和嫩绿的小葱段陪伴，宛若一份艺术品；

究其名字中的辣和霸就该知道它得有多辣了，估计用的是进口的泰椒切末，传说中最辣的，辣椒中最霸气的，它的品相也真实没谁了，光看一眼都垂涎欲滴啊…本来听这个名字就被吸引住了，好奇心驱使一定要点来试试，何况对我们这些无辣不欢的来说，应该没有哪种辣是不能承受的吧。

但是，但是，尽管内心已经做好了准备就是这块三文鱼一定会很辣的，无奈还是被它的霸气征服了，我已经很小心地只咬了一小块，只是那个辣劲实在厉害，就感觉嘴里像着火了，辣气直冲头顶，头皮都快发麻了，不过味道确实很棒，三文鱼还从来没有这么吃过，原来配着辣椒也是超级好吃的，而且那个辣味是会上瘾的，虽然我们被辣得稀里哗啦的却仍然停不住筷子，后果你们可以想象得到吧，就只有呵呵了...

一票人被辣晕的结果就是靠冰饮来救火了，确实留下深刻印象吧，不过下次来肯定还是会继续寻找刺激的。这个好有创意的餐厅除了这些必点招牌菜式，其他常规的料理也做得很有味道，来看看他们的关东煮里的白萝卜居然都是以爱心的姿态出现，是不是很煽情啊；

蒸鸡蛋羹也有瑶柱和蟹肉来提味，独有海鲜的鲜味；可圈可点的酥炸天妇罗将胡萝卜，茄子，莲藕，红薯和青椒很好地诠释出了它们不寻常的味道，就连普通的时蔬拼盘也都讲究颜色搭配，红的，绿的，白的，也绝不普通！在接近尾声的时候，餐厅还很贴心地给每人送一份甜品，抹茶冰激凌，来得太是时候了，此刻正是需要甜甜和味道来调节一下，仿佛经历一番喧闹之后的宁静，难得的体验，都说甜品能安抚心情，给人幸福的感受。

I personally like the creativity and presentation of this restaurant because everything is looking tasty and colourful,

And iam sure you liked eating those beautiful dishes 😇

I personally don't like Spicy food much😅

Thank you for sharing some really nice Japanese dishes. I didn't really have any exposure to Japanese food until about 2 years ago. I think I had the wrong idea about seaweed and raw fish. Now I know there is so much more to it than that. 

I will be back posting again later in the week. It was good to have a short break from posting. The holiday was great. Then work was intense and still is for a little longer. 

I also found out that I am banned from Facebook. They must have been worried that I had some diabolical plan for all the haters. I was spending very little time there anyway. The Steemit crowd have been a lot kinder so far. Saying that, I think a few feathers have been ruffled. Just have to enjoy the ride :)
