The very fact that you exist is a miracle. We are all divine beings created to co-create, be happy and to share our gifts. Somewhere along the way many of us stumbled into the pitfalls of our societal conditioning and our ancestral patterns. We get wounded with lessons but out of these wounds grow's our wisdom. 

Spirituality and science are finally being bridged. Quantum Physics explains how all matter is made of atoms, and how all atoms are mostly made of empty space. It is from the vibration of this 'empty space' that things manifest. If you amplify your frequency, you influence the vibration of this 'empty space' and thereby the structure of matter will change. Just like the earth is primarily made of water, so are we. An average adult's body is 60-70% water; for children, it's closer to 75% and can get as low as 45% if you are overweight. The groundbreaking water research from Dr. Masaru Emoto has pioneered the way forward for alternative thinking about how our consciousness and mental state affects our body. 

In Dr. Masaru Emote research ‘Hidden messages in water' he's shown how focused intention changes the molecular structure of water. In his study, he developed a technique using a very powerful microscope in a cold room alongside high-speed photography to capture water forming crystals. He found that the water from positively focused thoughts and intentions directed beautiful, complex snowflake patterns. However, when the water was intentionally exposed to negative thoughts and intentions, it was dull and formed no symmetrical patterns.

This research has highlighted that we create our reality with our thoughts, feelings and inspired actions. What we think, what we say to ourselves and how we engage with others affects our whole experience in this reality, thereby giving us a choice to experience any reality we wish. This isn't as easy as it sounds, much of our existence is manifesting from the subconscious mind. If you a serious about creating your own reality it is imperative that you become aware of your subconscious mind and it's shadow side. It is essential that all the parts of you which you keep locked away inside, come to light. Inner inquiry into your inner world and awareness of your triggers and projections on to others is essential, if you want to become a leader of your life. It is you that you've have been waiting for and it is your responsibility to become sovereign over your inner world. You've had the power all along you've just been looking in the wrong place. The miracle you've been searching for was with you all along.  

However in a Western society full of distractions; poor diet, financial pressures, lack of time, lack of exercise, social media and more (the list is endless) there are a vast number of outside factors that take us away from the inner essence of our beings and our hearts. Many of us spend far too much time being our own problem, we have layers upon layers of false conditioning placed upon our hearts, enabling the wounded parts of our being to dictate our reality.  Part of coming into consciousness is to bring the darkness to light and to learn how to integrate our shadow side into our self-awareness. When we do this, we can harness the power of the heart not only for our own self-healing but also for our broader community and the global collective.
