Hoy me desperté a las 6:20 am, realicé mi aseo personal,  seguidamente desperté a mis hijos para salir al centro un rato, al llegar al centro vamos y compramos unos tequeños para desayunar

En el transcurso de la mañana fuimos al Centro Comercial el Cristal y nos sentamos a disfrutar de unos ricos "Churros con Arequipe y unas Maltas"

Al salir del Centro Comercial nos dirigimos a Super Mercado Francys a comprar algunas cosas que necesitamos como pasta, salsa de tomate, mayonesa, mantequilla, pollo y dos manzanas, donde gaste 6$ y en Bs 24,90 y en SBD 1,5 más o menos  al momento de cambiarlo

Al llegar a la casita nos duchamos y me pongo a preparar el almuerzo lo primero que hago es  picar el aliño y condimento la carne molida para que agarren el sabor del ajo y el orégano, después de 10 minutos pongo a sofreír los aliños un poco y posteriormente agrego la carne molida, cuando está casi lista monto hacer mi pasta
