 I swooped on the extra apple juice and started a batch of ale today. Here is my recipe 1 1/2 gallons of juice 4 cups pure cane sugar 1 t spoon cinnamon 3/4 t spoon pectic enzyme Juice from 3 limes 1/2 bottle of my last ale for the yeast .  I warm the juice slightly and then stir in the sugar . After that I throw in the rest of the ingediance and cover. In about a week the primary ferment should be over and I will then siphon it to an airlocked container .  Here is my secret book of recipes . Lol ! Making your own alcoholic beverages saves money and puts it to the man by not paying booze tax. You can also make a sparkling drink with no alcohol by using 1 cup of sugar and pouring it into a 2 liter pop bottle after a week and a half. Thanks for reading . To be continued
