The feisty willy wagtail is my #featheredfriday photo contribution this week ......

These adorable little black and white birds live at The Sunshine Coast.  Cute; friendly happy bold they are very likeable.  Willy wagtails make themselves at home finding perches on the furniture, flying around the house and exceedingly happy eating  mince meat several times a day.   They demand it!

But watch out when willy wagtails nest in gardens.  Be warned!  They change into attackers of hapless gardeners.  One mother and father willy wagtail chose the magnolia tree a couple of times one year, they were a force to be reckoned with.   Bomb diving and fluttering over gardener's heads was a daily affair.

Hi janton, and haha it was me!  One would sit on the eggs and the other would be nearby to nose dive.  And they have gone because a butcher bird scared one away and that was it.
