We are all faced with tests and lessons ....no-one misses out, it is part of life.

There is a general understanding that instead of life flowing steadily and evenly through the years it goes through twists and turns causing individuals pain, upset and stress. Each and every one of us has a unique path. No one appears to be exempt; the lessons faced by any of us range from irritating time delays to loosing jobs etc. All kinds of challenges face each and every one of us. How we work through any problems, understand why and how to deal with them is personal. Unfortunately there is no set defined solution or amount of time to set it right.

This is not fair! What is this all about, it is the third time I've broken a crystal. Why can't I move when I want to move?

My readings tell me that our lessons and tests have to do with karma and our individual purposes. Given this, it makes sense that our lessons differ, it is up to each and every one of us to figure it out and how hard is this? This means recognising doorways when they are open, listening to our intuition and making good choices. Definitely not easy because it is like being blind folded finding out what we need to know in order to change.

My reason for writing on this topic is that I have a few friends in my meditation class who are all desperate for change. I watch them pick oracle cards hoping that the messages are about the changes they want. Understandably they are hanging onto hope. One woman is trying to make her change happen by forcing colleagues to make decisions etc. She says that no matter how much she tries it is not going in her favour.

I have no magic wand answers for these people,I don't know their life lesson plans or how long it is going to take for lessons to be learned. I feel their frustration. Hoping is good but continually complaining about their lives does not work. It is up to them to be positive and accepting, to appreciate the moment.

Make the best of every situation. You see *everything is for a reason* and *they are where they are meant to be.*

Always look for the silver lining. It is such a waste of energy to dwell on what if. The solutions only come when we learn what we are meant to learn. Then we move on!
