EL PERDÓN

No es facil perdonar.   En el transcurrir de nuestras vidas nos encontramos con personas que nos causan mucho daño, quiza no fisicamente, pero por muchas razones nos han herido, por ejemplo las amistades nos traicionan, las parejas nos han engañado, algun familiar nos ha calumniado y asi por el estilo.
Cuando pasamos por esto comenzamos albergar en nuestro corazon un sentimiento de rencor y malos deseos hacia aquellas personas que nos han dañado.  No es facil, pero debemos tratar ,en primer lugar, no podemos desearle mal a nuestros projimos porque el mal que deseamos a otros se nos devuelve y en segundo lugar, debemos tratar de todas las maneras de perdonar, porque el odio ata, pero el perdon nos libera interiormente.
