TOP 7 RULES: KEEPING STRESS AWAY

**Time is relative**

 Einstein said: “ Time is not absolute “ Most of the time stress comes from deadlines or schedules you set up for yourself. If you put aside your watch or any sense of time in your life, you will notice that you disabled one factor of stress. The passage of time depends on the observer. Fear deadlines? Stop looking at the time!

**Try to stop the worries**

 Don't think about it. Just say: “ what if? ” Most people are worried about something that didn't happen yet. What if you have the power to know what will occur in the future? Do you think you will be worried? Don't you think you will be prepared for the things you already know? Stress is often created by the uncertainty of the mind.

**Enjoy the finer things in life**

 Enjoying life in all ways you can is a right. Pleasure can be your partner in fighting stress. 

**Try to focus on other things**

 How more you think about it, how more your stress will become infectious. Try to concentrate on other things and just stress in a healthy amount.

**Control the situation and be a leader in your mind**

 Thinking you are in control of the situation at all times can be very beneficial in oppressing stress. Most of the leaders in all countries have this mindset.

**Look for solutions**

 Focusing on solutions instead of the stressful situation can make stress diminish. Keep your mind busy in looking for solutions to the problem.

**Be the masterpiece**

 Mastery is an art by itself. They say if you could spend 10000 hours working on something, you can master a subject. If you witnessed many situations where you managed stress, the chances are that you have mastered the situations where stress is involved.
