Interesting Facts about Real Chocolate

I consider unrefined cacao to be one of the most powerful edible substances on Earth.
I do not approve what has been done to it by the modern food industry, but I believe that we all can find our ways to receive the benefits that it offers, if we become aware.

My almost 20 years love affair with this super brain food has been nothing but a great adventure.
I am fascinated by the relationship that human beings have with this magical plant - Theobroma Cacao!

Here are a few interesting facts about chocolate that I found during my research on cacao:

- The word Chocolate was first recorded in English in 1604.
- Chocolate is a natural antidepressant.
- It oxygenates the blood and reduces the risk of cancer and many other health problems.
- Chocolate-lovers live longer, happier lives.
- Chocolate in its unrefined form - is a great brain food. It improves thought function leading to a better experience of Self.
- Every Russian and American space voyage has included chocolate bars.
- Almost every weight loss product has cacao powder in it. It contains coumarin which promotes weight loss and acts as an appetite suppressant.
- The smell of cacao/chocolate triggers relaxation due to the increase of theta brain waves.
- Cacao boosts dopamine and serotonin in the brain which improves our sense of pleasure and motivation.
- The inventor of the chocolate chip cookie sold the idea to Nestle not for money but for a lifetime of happiness - supply of chocolate.
- Chocolate made with unrefined cacao is one of the most potent superfoods available on planet Earth.
- Chocolate cravings cannot be satisfied by anything other than chocolate itself.
- Cacao acts like a bridge between the mind and the heart, creating a healing and balancing effect on a human hologram.
- Consuming clean high vibe chocolate helps navigate through life’s challenges with ease and a sense of effortlessness.
- Chocolate made with unrefined clean cacao is an important part of the new earth plant food movement.
- Each time we choose consuming clean and conscious sweet treat called new earth chocolate instead of chemicalized chocolate-like substance we support the Harmony of the world.
- Some call it Cacao, some prefer Cocoa. We can call it whatever we like, as long as we choose it in a clean, highly vibrational, and unrefined state, we are in harmony with it.

Even the word “chocolate” has a rare, happy vibration that not many other words seem to have.
If you close your eyes now and say, “Cho-co-la-t” you may feel the warm sensation arise. The only other word that activates the same sweet vibe is… Love.
