When Less is More

 Have You ever thought or felt that we eat too much?
 I do.  Most of us eat way way too much and wonder why we feel heavy.

 During decades of my self-experimenting while healing, I could not help it but notice that I felt incredibly light and elevated when I did not eat. My first  5 day juice fast in my 20s  showed me how ah-mazing I could feel. My tummy was flat and calm for the first time in years,  I had heaps of energy and felt really really good. Since then my relationship with food was never the same.

 Why Do We Eat so much?
I believe there are two reasons:
Programming is the first one - the system needs to sell all those prettily wrapped chemical bombs it produced. let us be honest - we buy stuff that  was advertised to us, we fall for the system tricks big time. (not You, of course!)

Eating the wrong stuff is the second reason.
 When we eat so called  food that has  no value in it, basically - dead substances, it is no wonder we feel hungry all the time. The Body needs fuel/nutrition, it is relaying on us to receive the charge that is necessary for it's  healthy functioning.

 There are other entanglements around this subject -  food addictions, parasites, etc.. but that is another subject.
 
This sharing is an invitation to look at our relationship with food and realize where we stand in regards to it.

We dont need a lot of food, and our round, rumbling, bloated tummies are good demonstration of that.
Our human machine was not designed to constantly process all those non-digestible substances that modern food is made of. It serves food industry, not us. The sooner we get this - the better for us all.

So, what do we do?

Suggestions:
- Stop consuming empty (at best) and harmful (at worst) processed foods.
- Consider a good cleanse.
- Invite high vibe fresh foods  into your life - fruits and veggies, super foods, sprouts, medicinal herbs and spices, etc.
- Start fasting. One day a week is a good start, and proceed from there.
- Address the subject of parasites.
- Connect with your physical form.
- Begin to see your Body as sacred. Fall in love with it. Start treating it as the vehicle of your liberation... cos that is what it is.

The  truth is -
 The more connected we are, the more aligned we are with Universe/Mystery/Creation (whatever word you like) - the less need for food we have.

You are so right my dear! The quality of our food has a very big effect on our body and health. More and more people recognize that the chemicals bombs are not good for them. ThatΒ΄s the way we have to go by stop buying these empty stuff. Fasting is a great way for cleansing the body :-) Thanks for your article.
