看得见的美味- 安格斯牛肉粒第一次吃😋

听说过安格斯牛肉很有名气，但是从没吃过，我在团购群淘到大国厨味的安格斯牛肉粒，一包半斤多点280克，份量也是有这么多喔


主要听说大国厨味也是中国烹饪委员会荣誉单位，虽说不是进口的，然而大块的牛肉粒真是口感超级棒！


包装上说明是牛肉粒用黄油🧈溜一下锅… 再配青红椒及洋葱🧅煸炒下放铁板烧上享用的，家里有配菜，没有铁板烧和黄油，那么我就改良下烹饪方法吧😅


没想到的是，超级好吃到爆啊！特别经过黄萝卜配烧出的口感胜过牛肉粒的美味呀🤤🤤🤤 真的是绝佳的好吃😋


安格斯牛肉粒解冻后也不用另外处理，包装上说的，估计已经调味腌制处理了，红白相间的大理石纹路，肉眼可见的饱满厚实！在锅中煮过之后，入口就爆汁的美味🤤🤤🤤


牛肉的汁水紧紧的锁在肉块之中，是无法形容的嫩滑鲜香哇… 我后来才想起了忘记放盐居然惊艳到的美味啊😍😍😍


哈～ 简单到全程十分钟不到就享用到的美食喔～


我是用黄萝卜烧的，首先两根黄萝卜去皮，冲洗下切成跟牛肉粒一样的颗粒状… 再切点大蒜末及小米辣和姜丝… 


菜油入锅烧高温后倒入牛肉粒煸炒… 加入姜丝蒜末以及小米辣爆香，接着倒入切好的黄萝卜加开水盖锅… 中小火烧三分钟左右，黄萝卜烧熟了即可


这次火候把控的时间刚好，黄萝卜软嫩可口，牛肉粒柔嫩滑爽～ 浓香味美～ 一点盐都没放，最后只加了点黑胡椒粉就好了～ 


我想说真不愧是安格斯牛肉，第一次吃到香软入味，口感丰富的太诱人了… 而且是10.8元一袋的安格斯牛肉粒加上黄萝卜也不到十二块钱～ 颜值好到我口水流啊🤭 不过还是熊孩子吃到爽😂
