Hey guys, how are you doing today? Great, I hope. Today, I stumbled upon a new word which is quite similar to one popularly known. We all know what *orgasm* is,  but what's a **coregasm**? Let's find out!

Coregasm simply is an orgasm which occurs  while an individual is engaged in a core exercise or workout. When the body muscles are engaged in order to stabilize the core, one might also feel and end up contracting the pelvic floor muscles which could be very essential to attaining orgasm.

This might sound rather unusual, but scientists have recognized the occurrence of coregasm ever since the 1950s. #### Coregasm - How It Happens

Although scientists are not exactly sure why coregasms happen, the most prevailing theory backing this is, that shaky, fatigued abdominal and pelvic floor muscles brings about some type of inner stimulation which causes a coregasm. However, for men, it might be linked to prostate stimulation. There probably isn’t a fixed pattern of muscle activation which could lead to coregasm, but one's ability to experience a coregasm might be determined solely by one's body anatomy, strength of muscles and  the emotional state which one is at the period of workout. The way in which the body to perform each exercise may also affect your ability to coregasm. If there is one thing which scientists are certain of is the fact that coregasms occurs independently of sexual  fantasies and thoughts, this makes them to be considered asexual in nature.

Men and women could both have coregasms, but they coregasm are noticeably considered less common in men. Much of the research carried out on coregasms has been majorly focused on women. More research would need to be carried out in order to learn about how men experience them.

In women, a coregasm would feel similar to a deep vaginal orgasm,  although it might not feel as intense, but a good number of women confirm that it’s not as tingly. A woman would most likely feel the sensation in her inner thighs, lower abdominals, or pelvis rather than a quivering or throbbing feeling in the clitoris.

While in men a coregasm would feel quite similar to a prostate orgasm which last longer and could be more intense. The reason for this is because they can  continuously produce a consistent sensation rather than a pulsating one, of which this sensation could also expand throughout your body. At this point, ejaculation is quite possible, even if the penis isn’t erect.

#### How to increase your chances of having one

Coregasms could definitely happen by accident, but there are some certain tricks which could be used to increase the chances of experiencing one. If you can, just focus your workout to strengthen your core and try out  Kegel exercises. Carrying out about twenty to thirty minutes of cardio exercises at the start of your workout might increase your sexual arousal. Although it's believed that bigh-intensive workouts to bring about a faster coregasm, but you could also bring about a low impact routine work for you. If you desire to spend more time on an easier exercise, you can improve your chances engaging in repetitions.

Mindfulness could be implored to stimulate an awareness to your body and notice sensations which arises. Perhaps you do not successfully have a coregasm during your period of workout, this activity would help in promoting blood circulation, thereby helping you to respond more likely to sexual arousal immediately you finish.

*You should focus on enjoying the experience and not totally on getting results. Perhaps you don’t have a coregasm, you would inadvertently be strengthening the pelvic floor, which would result in more pleasure while in the bedroom.*
