Food is my stress reliever, I do really love eating and cooking. I like to invent affordable food but delicious and nutritious. I believe that to satisfy your cravings is to cook food with complete spices but since we are saving our budget there is also an alternative option to prepare a budget saver cooking.


Today I'm going to prepare a Fish Ceviche " food we call it as " Kinilaw or Kilawin "

First we need to prepare our  Milk fish or Bangus, and it should be boneless.

We choose Milk fish because its affordable and tasty.

1. Tabon tabon fruit - this will make the Kinilaw or ceviche more tasty and adds more smell.

2.Suha fruit or Citrus source of acid — This ia a native secret to make a Superb kinilaw the smell of citrus is perfect to add more taste to kinilaw.

3.Red Small spicy chilies, onions, ginger, calamansi — to complete the spices for a perfect taste.

4.Native Coconut Vinegar - Use only a native coconut vinegar and not the commercial vinegar.

-Mixed all the spices to a plate.
-Add the Native coconut vinegar.
-Add the Tabon tabon fruit take off the inner part we only neee the juice.

-Add a little salt and umami seasoning to taste.
-Make sure to cut the chile into small pieces.


Here is Now our Yummy Milk Fish Kinilaw.I really love eating kinilaw usually Lunch time or Dinner.

Perfect with Rice and Softdrinks.Its also good when you go to beach or with occassion.
