Mindfulness became mainstream when we talk about mental health and wellness. And one of the major parts of mindfulness is mindful eating. But it's true this is not as popular as other mindful acts.

Let's talk about to see how it can improve our life for better!

Mindful eating can not only improve our food experience but also it comes with many physical and mental benefits. 

 When we eat mindfully, put our attention to every bite, what we are eating, how it tastes, how we are enjoying it; we automatically ignore other things in life. And this attention to food can help us to find out our comfort food, choose the best for our body. Also, we can be more careful about overeating and unhealthy food intake. 

However, in our busy lives, it's hard to be mindful every time we take food. In that case, we should fix a certain time for mindful eating. Like breakfast or dinner, which is convenient for us. Gradually, you will see it became one of your habits to focus on eating and eliminating surrounding. 

Resist the urge to multitask while eating. You will find it became common regardless of our culture and age group that we do something else while taking food. But once we achieve this simple thing in life, we can have a better experience in life not just about our food experience. 

*Food experience has a direct link to gratitude and thankfulness. And that's how mindful eating can improve our whole experience of life.*
