The common misconception about technology is that it encourages lethargy; yet, it is how we use technology that determines whether we succeed or fail. Opportunity, not technology, motivates people to be creative. Technology just facilitates the creativity that our opportunities have shown, allowing us to enhance our lives. Technology becomes obsolete without motivation or opportunity. It is up to us to choose the significance.

A more widespread perception is that children's usage of technology is distracting and causes more harm than good. The number of children who have access to the internet is at an all-time high in this day and age. Taking advantage of this can be extremely advantageous to a child's education. There are more e-learning websites for computers and apps for gadgets than you can count to aid your child's development. When children are playing a game, they are more likely to maintain their focus than when they are listening to an adult explain a lesson. When children with a short attention span are involved in an engaging lesson with brilliant colors and regular encouragement, they may become more substantial.

Multiple hurdles can benefit from technological advancements. One example is marketing. Since the introduction of tablets and smartphones, online marketing has exploded. Handheld technologies have made research easier, and phone books and encyclopedias have nearly vanished from our daily lives. Due to the ease of typing your desired information into a search bar and pressing'search,' creating articles and hyperlinks to help promote business has become the number one technique to market. Another benefit of employing technology in the office is that it allows you to be more productive. Stress, a heavy job, or an overabundance of responsibilities can all contribute to human errors. It also expands communication channels, allowing for a bigger amount of production in a shorter amount of time.

Another area where technology has improved patient care is in the medical industry. As a result of less time spent on medical records and charting, more time is available for patient care. Doctors and nurses can quickly access a patient's medical or drug history, allowing for faster diagnosis and treatments.
